桡动脉止血装置在经桡动脉冠状动脉造影术后应用的临床研究

目的：探讨桡动脉止血装置TR Band（日本Terumo公司生产）在经桡动脉径路行冠状动脉造影术后应用的安全性及有效性。方法：选取Allen试验阳性并经桡动脉径路行冠状动脉造影的40例患者,随机将患者分为两组：TR Band组（20例）,“8”字绷带包扎组（20例）,于冠状动脉造影术后,分别用桡动脉止血装置TR Band及弹力绷带“8”字包扎止血,比较两种方法的止血效果、止血耗时、患者舒适度、静脉回流情况、压迫侧大拇指血氧饱和度、压迫侧手部、前臂肿胀、青淤现象。结果：TR Band组与“8”字绷带包扎组比较,在止血效果、压迫侧大拇指血氧饱和度方面无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,而在止血时间、患者舒适度上TR Band组优于“8”字绷带包扎组（P〈0.05）,静脉回流障碍、压迫侧手部、前臂肿胀、青淤现象少于“8”字绷带包扎组（P〈0.05）。结论：经桡动脉径路行冠状动脉造影,术后应用桡动脉止血装置TR Band安全、有效。

The clinical research about radial artery hemostasis device after transradial coronary arteriography

Objective: To evaluate the safety and effect of applement radial artery hemostasis device"TR Band"after transradial coronary arteriography.Methods: 40 patients with Allen test positive who accepted transradial coronary arteriography were divided into two groups: TR Band group(20 cases) and "8"type bandaging group(20 cases).Stop bleeding respectively using radial artery hemostasis device"TR Band" or "8" type bandaging after transradial coronary arteriography.Hemostasis effect,hemostasis consuption time,patients comfortable degree,venous return condition,blood oxygen saturation on oppressed thumb,swelling and bruise on oppressed forearm and palm of hand were compared in the two groups.Results: hemostasis effect,blood oxygen saturation on oppressed thumb had no difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but,hemostasis consumption time,patients comfortable degree were better in TR Band group than in "8" type bandaging group(P<0.05).The venous return obstruction,swelling and bruise on oppressed forearm and palm of hand were less in TR Band group than in "8" type bandaging group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The applement of radial artery hemostasis device after transradial coronary arteriography is safe and effective.
