摘    要:用Ge-132给小鼠灌胃10天以后,骨髓造血十分活跃,股骨中有核细胞数明显升高,细胞分裂活动也显著加强。在用药为500mg/kg时,小鼠脾脏中出现了大量的以巨核和红白系为主的髓外造血灶。若药量为250mg/kg,外周血中单核巨噬细胞也显著地高于对照组。在腹腔中,可以看到白细胞总数、巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞和粒细胞呈现剂量反应的曲线关系;腹腔中的白细胞总数、巨噬细胞数比对照组增高约三倍;淋巴细胞仅在用药为500mg/kg时,高于对照组约为一倍。结果表明给正常小鼠服Ce-132以后,骨髓和脾脏的造血活动均获得加强,在剂量适当时,亦能升高巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞的数量。

Abstract:Effects of Ge-132, an organic germanium compound ( Synthesis by Guangzhou Transistor Institute ) , on hematopoiesis of mice were preliminarily investigated. The results showed that total nucleated cells in each femur of mouse and the mito-tic activity of them were significantly increased with Ge-132 of adopt doses following 10 days. It was found that a large number of focuses of extramedullary hematopoiesis in spleen of mice taken with Ge-132 of 500mg/kg. While Ge-132 of 250mg/kg, the number of blood monocytes was twice as many as control group. In the peritoneal cavity, the dose-related curves were observed in the numbers of total cells, macrophages, lymphocytes and granulocytes; total cells and macrophages would go up three times over those of control group; lymphocytes only about one time. Administration of Ge-132 to normal mouse would increase the hematopoietic activity of bone marrow, spleen and the number of macrophages and lymphocytes at certain dases.
