| 摘 要： | 本文报告95例冠心病患者右心功能改变,并取正常人作对照。结果显示,右心室射血前间期指数、右心室射血间期指数及右心指数与正常组对比,差异有显著性(P<0.05),而右心功能指数差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。本资料研究发现,随患病时间延长,右心功能异常愈明显,心肌硬化患者表现尤为显著。心率与正常组相比,无统计学意义。此外,本文就有关机制作了简要的探讨。

| Abstract: | The change of right heart function in 95 coronary heart disease were observed. The result showed that the right ventri cnlar Shoot blooding pre - periodical index and periodical index and the right heart index in the patients are different from the ones in cotrol group. (P<0. 05)From our material Meanwhile , there is a highly difference in the right heart function between the two groups. (P<0. 0I) It suggested that the more longer the patient suffered from ,the worse the right heart function was , specialy in the patient suffered from cardiac musculer sclerosis There is no difference between control group and patient group in the heart rate (P>0. 05). |
