泛发性无菌性脓疱病长期随访1例

报告1例随访观察26年的疱疹样脓疱病。患者女,37岁。3岁开始发病,反复发作,1980—2005年共发病15次。1992年妊娠期间皮损加重,未予特殊处理,顺产一健康男婴。1993—2005年共发病8次。发作不重时仅予对症处理,一般2～3周皮损消退;发作严重时则采用雷公藤多苷、糖皮质激素治疗,疗效显著。诊断倾向于疱疹样脓疱病。

Long-term follow-up of a case of generalized nonbacterial impetigo

A case of generalized nonbacterial impetigo follow-up for twenty-six years is reported. The patient was a 37-year-old woman, who developed generalized nonbacterial impetigo at the age of three with 15 episodes within 26 years from 1980 to 2005 and 8 episodes within 13 years from 1993 to 2005. The patient was delivered of a healthy boy in 1992. The lesions aggravated during her gestation period and only received symptomatic therapy. The lesions resolved in 2 to 3 weeks after symptomatic therapy during mild episodes. However, immunosuppressive therapy such as corticosteroids and Tripterygiurn wilfordii Hook f. were used during more serious episodes and the patient responded well to the treatment. The diagnose is preferred to the impetigo herpetiformis.
