| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方氟米松软膏治疗神经性皮炎的疗效。方法:48例神经性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(18例),分别给予复方氟米松软膏和复方地塞米松软膏,治疗2周后比较疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90·0%,明显高于对照组(61·1%),用药第2天即起效,未发现明显不良反应。结论:复方氟米松软膏治疗神经性皮炎迅速、安全、有效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To observe the curative effect of Compound Flumetasone Ointment in treating neurodermatitis. METHODS： A total of 48 patients with neurodermatitis were enrolled： 30 were treated with Compound Flumetasone Ointment （treatment group）, and 18 with Compound Dexamethasone Ointment （control group） . The curative effects were compared between the two groups after 2 - week treatment. RESULTS： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.0%, significantly higher than 61.1% in control group. The drugs took effect on the second day of medication yet without appearing of obvious adverse drug reactions. CONCLUSION： Compound Flumetasone Ointment was proved to be a quick, safe and effective therapy for neurodcrmatitis. |
