七氟醚与氯胺酮复和骶管阻滞在小儿疝气手术中应用比较

摘    要:目的:研究七氟醚作为基础麻醉与氯胺酮作为基础麻醉后再行骶管阻滞在小儿疝气手术中的效果比较。方法:60例ASAⅠ级,年龄1~6岁择期行腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎手术的患儿,随机分为两组,七氟醚复和骶管阻滞组(S组)和氯胺酮复和骶管阻滞组(K组),观察两组术中心率(HR)和血压(BP),诱导和苏醒时间,呼吸道分泌物及术中、术后喉痉挛、呕吐、术中体动及苏醒期躁动等不良反应。结果:术中心率(HR)及血压(BP)K组大于S组,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。清醒时间以及术后不良反应S组小于K组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。呼吸道分泌物S组小于K组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:七氟醚复和骶麻在小儿疝气手术中患儿麻醉诱导迅速,术后清醒较快,术中及术后不良反应少。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the effect of sevoflurane inhalation depends on the basis of intramuscular injection of ketamine anesthesia and then as the basis of caudal block anesthesia in the inguinal hernia sac high ligation in children.Methods:Choose 60 cases of children with the inguinal hernia,ASA Ⅰ grade,age 1 to 6 years.The 60 cases were randomly divided into inhaled sevoflurane group(group S),intramuscular injection of ketamine group(group K).Patients were observed in HR,BP,sleep time,awake time,respiratory secretions,restlessness,nausea,vomiting and other adverse reactions.Results:HR in group K was faster than in group S were significantly different(P〈0.01).Awake time,and adverse reactions,group S of less than group K,there were significant differences(P〈0.01).Group S of respiratory secretions was less than group K,there were significant differences(P〈0.05).Conclusions:Sevoflurane inhalation depends on the basis of after caudal anesthesia method,used in little children in the inguinal hernia sac high ligation,anesthesia control,anesthesia induction fast,clear quality,and less adverse reactions.
