| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血糖水平与糖尿病合并脑卒中病情及预后的相关性。方法：回顾性分析60例患者血糖水平,分析血糖水平与病情及预后的关系。结果：糖尿病合并脑率中以脑梗塞多见,而血糖≥16.7 mmol/L者重症多见,病死率较高。结论：糖尿病合并脑卒中的病情预后与患者血糖水平相关。

| Abstract: | Objective：To Discuss the Correlation of blood glucose levels with condition and prognosis of diabetic patients with stroke.Methods：The Correlation of blood glucose levels with condition and prognosis was analyzed by reviewing of 60 patients blood sugar levels.Results：Diabetic patients with the brain infarction were more prone to stroke,expcially,blood glucose≥16.7 mmol/L were more common in severe,high mortality.Conclusions：Prognosis of stroke in diabetic patients were associated with blood glucose levels. |
