| 摘 要： | 本文收集了中度妊高征５９、重度妊高征４６例、对照组１１０例，分析了中、重度妊高征对围产儿的是。妊高征对围产儿的危害随病情加重而增加。加强围产保健，早期防治妊高征，是降低其对围产儿造成危害的有力措施。

| Abstract: | We collected 105 cases of moderrate and severe pregnancy induced hyper-tention (PIH) and took 110 nomal delivery women as controls. We analyzed the effects of PIH on perinatals. The results showed, the incidence of neonatal asphyxia rate perinatal mortality, small-fior-gestational age ( SGA ) and premature labor were highe'r than that of the control group ( P<0.01 ) The degree of PIH was closely relates to the damage of perinatal infant. |
