沧州地区40～60岁人群胆囊结石的危险因素调查研究

目的分析沧州地区在职40～60岁人群胆囊结石形成的危险因素,提供降低健康风险的具体信息。方法选择40～60岁的体检人群632人,随机抽样以确定抽样人群。采用问卷调查、体重测量、身高测量、胆道B超和空腹血糖、血脂检查。经过SPSS11.0软件进行统计学处理,Logistic回归分析得出危险因素。结果调查的应答率为88.7%。胆石症患病率为7.55%。在危险因素中性别、体重指数、血脂和进餐间隔时间影响较大。结论胆结石的形成是多因素作用的结果 ,其中性别、体重指数、血脂和进餐间隔时间与胆结石形成的关系较大。

Investigation on Risk Factors for Gallstones among 40 to 60-Year-Old Population in Cangzhou Area

Objective To analyze the risk factors about gallstone formation among 40 to 60-year-old population,and provide the useful data for the prevention of cholecystolithiasis.Methods The sampling was determined by random selection from 632 medical examination population aged 40 to 60-year-old.The questionnaire survey,weight measurement,height measurement,B-ultrasonography for bile duct,fasting blood glucose and blood lipid inspection were carried out.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors by using the software SPSS 11.0.Results The response rate of survey was 88.7%.The prevalence rate of cholelithiasis was 7.55%.Among the investigated risk factors,gender,body mass index,blood lipids,and meal intervals make a great contribution.Conclusion The formation of gallstones is influenced by multiple factors,in which the gender,body mass index,blood lipid and meal intervals make a great impact.
