| 摘 要： | 本文将周围面瘫急性期90例患者辨证分为寒证和热证，并采取了不同的针刺方法，观察28天。结果：总有效率为97.8%，无1例患者病情加重。说明周围性面瘫急性期适合针刺，但要辨证准确，针刺方法得当。

| Abstract: | This report divided 90 cases of emergency due of Peripheral Facial Paralysis into cold-syndrome and heat-syndrome based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs,and took different acupuncture method.Clinical observat 28 days.Results showed the total effective rate is 97.8%,none of state of the illness of the 90 cases aggravate.It indicate that emergency due of Peripheral Facial Paralysis adapt to acupuncture,but differentiation of symptoms and signs must nicety,acupuncture method must suitable. |
