| 摘 要： | 目的:评估关节松动术在下肢骨折后膝关节功能障碍中的治疗效果.方法:63例下肢骨折患者分别接受传统疗法和关节松动术,测量治疗前后关节活动度(ROM)和大腿周径的变化.结果:两组膝关节ROM和大腿周径的改善程度差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论:关节松动术是治疗膝关节功能障碍的有效疗法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of mobilization technique in dysfunction of knee joint with lower limb fracture.Methods:Sixty-three patients with dysfunction of knee joint were divided into two groups,mobilization group and traditional therapy group.The changes of ROM of knee joint and the circumference of thigh in two groups were compared.Results:The difference of the clinical effect and ROM of knee joint between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The mobilization is an effective method in treating dysfunction of knee joint. |
