抗纤溶药对家兔颅脑损伤后血浆D-二聚体的影响及意义

摘    要:目的:探讨抗纤溶药对家兔颅脑损伤后血浆D-二聚体变化的影响及意义。方法:制作家兔颅脑损伤模型,分为对照组及药物观察组,分别测定伤后不同时段各项血浆D-二聚体,进行比较。结果:给药组血浆D-二聚体从伤后6h以后均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:使用抗纤溶药,可改善因脑损伤而引发的纤溶亢进,达到治疗颅脑损伤的目的。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects and significance of antifibrinolytic agents on serum D-Dimer after craniocerebral injury in rabbits.Methods:Craniocerebral injury model was established.Rabbits were divided randomly into medication group and the control.Serum D-Dimer was determined in different periods after injury for comparison.Results:The serum D-Dimer level was lower in the control in 6 h after injury(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anti fibrinolytic medication can improve hyperfibrinolysis after injury and cure craniocerebral injury.
