| 摘 要： | 选择内南五味子素为对照品，比色法测定了８种南五味子属药用植物茎藤和根中总木脂素含量，异型南五味子Ｋａｄｓｕｒａ ｈｅｔｅｒｏｃｌｉｔａ和内南五味子Ｋ．ｉｎｔｅｒｉｏｒ中的加样回收率为９６．７％和９７．９％。结果表明，南五味子属药用植物总木脂素含量因种、药用部分及性别不同而差异较大，以根和雌株中含量为 高，披针叶南五味子Ｋ．ｌａｎｃｉｌｉｍｂａ根中总木脂素含量最高达４．９２６％，窄叶南五味子Ｋ．ａｎ

| Abstract: | Choose in kadsura element as reference substance, colorimetric method to determine the eight south schisandra medicinal plant cane stem and root of the total lipid content of wood, alien kadsura Kadsuraheteroclita and kadsura K.i nterior of the recovery was 96.7% and 96.7%.Results show that the south schisandra medicinal plants of total lipid content of wood with different species, medicinal part and gender differences, to root in females and the content is high, wrap around needle kadsura Kuala Lumpur ancilimba total wooden fat element content in the root of up to 4.926%, the narrow Ye Na fructus schisandrae K.a ngustifolia stem minimum content of cane, only 0.340%. |
