白花败酱草水提取液中枢抑制作用的研究

目的研究白花败酱草水提取液对小鼠中枢神经系统的抑制作用。方法取白花败酱草水提取液分别单独、配伍使用阈上或阈下剂量的戊巴比妥钠注入小鼠体内,观察小鼠的自发活动和睡眠时间,并将结果与对照组进行比较、分析。结果白花败酱草水提取液对小鼠自发活动有明显的抑制作用,可以缩短由戊巴比妥钠诱导的入睡时间及延长睡眠时间。结论白花败酱草水提取液具有明显的中枢抑制作用,与戊巴比妥钠的中枢抑制功能有协同作用。

Inhibitory effect of aqueous extract of Patrina villosa Juss on central nerve system

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of the all grass of Patrina villosa Juss on central nerve system in mice. Methods The aqueous extract of all grass of Patrina villosa Juss was injected peritoneally to mice or that accompanied with suprathreshold or subthreshold dose of pentobarbital solution.The spontaneous activity and hypnotic effect in mice were observed.The results were compared with that in control group and analysed. Results The aqueous extract of all grass of Patrina villosa Juss inhibited the spontaneous activity,shortened the hypnagogic time and prolonged the hypnotic effect induced by pentobarbital sodium in mice. Conclusion The aqueous extract of Patrina villosa Juss has obvious effect on central nervous system and exerts synergistic action with pentobarbital sodium when both are used simultaneously.
