Influence o f the M etrological Control o n the Hospital C ulture

Influence of the metrological control on the hospital culture was caused by the application of engineering-technique in modern medical service. The correlation between the metrological control and the hospital culture was studied in the implication of the hospital culture and the content of the culture environment of hospital.The conclusion showed that th e metrological control was contained in the material culture of hospital,the system culture and the spiritual culture. In the culture environment of hospital, the metrological control is an important factor to maintain the hospital image, to affect the thinking mode of medical personnel, to restrict the behavior of medical personnel, and to promote the accomplishment of hospital aim. The authors pointed out that the metrological control occupied an important place in the culture environment of hospital, which is worthy of close attention.
