| 摘 要： | 目的了解目前择期手术患儿术前实际禁食、禁饮时间,及其对患儿、家长造成的不良影响,并分析其原因。方法对100例手术患儿家长进行面对面访谈。结果择期手术患儿术前平均禁食、禁饮时间为11.09 h、10.48 h,术中无呕吐。禁食、禁饮后出现口渴的占70%,饥饿的占68%,哭闹的占49%,脱水的占5%,家长焦虑的占41%,家长明白禁食意义的占69%。结论目前择期手术患儿术前禁食、禁饮时间普遍过长,导致出现的一系列不良反应,对患儿、家长造成一定的影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the actual time of prohibiting food and water before elected- time surgery on children presently and the influence on children and their parents. Methods Parents of 100 children who received elected- time surgery were interviewed face- to-face. Results Time of prohibiting food and water before elected-time surgery on children were 11.09h, 10.48h respectively. A- mong these children, 70% felt thirsty; 68% felt hungry; 49% cried; 5 % appeared dehydration. Among their parents, 41% felt anxiety and 69% understood the meaning of prohibiting food and water. Conclusions At present, the time of prohibiting food and water before elected-time surgery on children is too long and will lead to bad responses of children and their parents. |
