药物流产术后应用妇炎康复胶囊联合益母草软胶囊治疗的效果研究

摘    要:目的浅析药物流产术后应用妇炎康复胶囊联合益母草软胶囊治疗的效果研究。方法本次100例研究对象是2017年5月~2019年5月在某院进行药物流产术的孕妇,根据随机数字表法分成各50例的两组,术后参照组单独服用益母草软胶囊,试验组妇炎康复胶囊联合益母草软胶囊,比较两组疗效。结果试验组比参照组阴道流血持续时间、月经恢复时间、月经时长更短(P<0.05)。试验组比参照组术后子宫内膜厚度更厚(P<0.05)。试验组比参照组术后并发症发生率更低,前者为4%、后者为18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药物流产术后应用妇炎康复胶囊联合益母草软胶囊治疗效果显著。

The effect of fuyan kangfu capsule combined with leonuri soft capsule after medical abortion

Abstract:Objective A brief analysis of the clinical effect of fuyankangfu capsule combined with leonuri soft capsule in the postoperative treatment of medical abortion.Methods The 100 subjects of this study were pregnant women who underwent medical abortion in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups of 50 cases each.After the operation,the reference group took leonuri soft capsule alone,and the experimental group took fuyan rehabilitation capsule combined with leonuri soft capsule to compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results The duration of vaginal bleeding,menstrual recovery time and menstrual duration were shorter in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of the experimental group was thicker than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(4%and 18%respectively),showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of fuyan rehabilitation capsule combined with leonuri soft capsule after medical abortion was remarkable.
