重组人血小板生成素治疗血液肿瘤化疗后血小板减少的临床效果分析

目的分析重组人血小板生成素治疗血液肿瘤化疗后血小板减少的临床疗效。方法选取2018年9月~2019年9月间收治的70例血液肿瘤化疗后血小板减少的患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组患者白细胞介素-11(IL-11)治疗,观察组患者注射重组人血小板生成素(rhTPO)治疗。观察对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者的血小板计数与炎性因子IL-4无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗3 d、7 d、14 d后,两组患者的血小板计数水平逐日上升,且观察组的上升程度大于对照组(P<0.05),IL-4水平逐日降低,且观察组的下降程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论rhTPO治疗血液肿瘤化疗后血小板减少,可显著提升患者的血小板计数,缓解炎症反应。

Clinical analysis of recombinant human thrombopoietin in the treatment of thrombopenia after chemotherapy in blood tumors

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of recombinant human thrombopoietin in the treatment of thrombopenia after chemotherapy.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,70 patients with thrombopenia after chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).The patients in the control group were treated with IL-11(IL-11),and the patients in the observation group were treated with recombinant human thrombopoietin(rhTPO).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in platelet count and inflammatory factor IL-4 between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 3rd day,7th day,14 days after treatment,the platelet count level of the two groups increased day by day,and the increase degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the level of IL-4 decreased day by day,and the degree of decrease of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion rhTPO can significantly increase platelet count and alleviate inflammatory reaction in patients with hematological tumor after chemotherapy.
