摘    要:目的分析盆腔炎性不孕患者用腹腔镜下盆腔粘连松解术结合输卵管伞端造口术治疗后对妊娠率以及雌激素水平的影响。方法于2017年8月~2019年8月抽取62例收治的盆腔炎性不孕患者开展研究,随机分为两组,即对照组、试验组。对照组31例用常规手术治疗,试验组31例用腹腔镜下盆腔粘连松解术结合输卵管伞端造口术治疗,对比妊娠率、雌激素水平。结果相较于对照组,试验组妊娠率较高(P<0.05);雌激素水平方面,相较于对照组,试验组较优(P<0.05)。结论在盆腔炎性不孕患者治疗中,采用腹腔镜下盆腔粘连松解术结合输卵管伞端造口术治疗,既可提高妊娠率,又能改善雌激素水平。

Effect of laparoscopic pelvic adhesion lysis combined with fallopian tube endostomy on pregnancy rate and estrogen level in patients with pelvic inflammatory infertility

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of laparoscopic pelvic adhesions combined with tubal ovarian stoma on pregnancy rate and estrogen levels after pelvic inflammatory infertility.Methods A total of 62 patients with pelvic inflammatory infertility admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 1919 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group.Thirty-one patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery,and 31 patients in the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic pelvic adhesion lysis combined with fallopian tube endostomy to compare pregnancy rate and estrogen level.Results The pregnancy rate was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The estrogen level was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pelvic inflammatory infertility patients,the use of laparoscopic pelvic adhesion lysis combined with tubal umbrella endostomy can not only improve pregnancy rate,but also improve estrogen levels.
