摘    要:【目的】建立固公果药材中总鞣质的含量测定方法,并测定了固公果不同药材部位中总鞣质的含量.【方法】采用紫外分光光度法,以磷钼钨酸为显色剂、干酪素为鞣质吸附剂、没食子酸为标准品,在760nm波长下,测定样品溶液的吸光度,计算总鞣质含量.【结果】方法的标准曲线:y=0.1416x-0.039,R=0.9988,结果显示鞣质质量在0.014-0.140mg范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率为100.5%,RSD%值为1.94.固公果药材的根和茎中总鞣质含量相当、叶中总鞣质含量最高.【结论】本研究首次用磷钼钨酸-干酪素法对固公果药材不同部位中鞣质的含量进行测定,测定方便快捷,结果准确可靠.

Determination of total tannin in different parts of Rose odorata Sweet var. gigantean (Coll. et Hemsl.) Rehd.et Wils

Abstract:Objective]To establish the analytical methods of total tannin and to determine the contents of tannin in different parts of Rose odorata Sweet var. gigantean (Coll.et Hemsl.)Rehd.et Wils. Methods] Use UV spectrophtometry, phosphor-molybdic tungstic acid as chromogenic agent, casein colorimetry as tannin adsorbent, gallic acid as standard substance to determine the content of tannin at 760 nm. Result ] The standard curve is y = 0.1416x - 0.039(R = 0.9988). The linear relationship is good at the content range of total tannin within the 0.014 - 0.14 rag. The average recovery was 100.5% and RSD% was 1.94. The contents of total tannins in leaves of Rose odorata Sweet var. gigantean (Coll.et Hemsl.)Rehd.et Wils is highest; and stems is the lowest. Conclusion] It the first time to determine the total tannin in different parts of Rose odorata Sweet var. gigantean (Coll.et Hemsl.)Rehd.et Wils using phosph-molybdic tungstic acid-casein colorimetry. The method is simple, feasible, accurate and precise.
