脑血管病与神经元特异性烯醇化酶的关联

摘    要:烯醇化酶同工酶均为胞浆二聚体酶,普遍存在于生物体内的糖酵解代谢中,催化2一磷酸甘油酸转化为磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸。由免疫性质不同的α、β、γ3种亚基组成。而特异地存在于神经元和神经内分泌细胞的γγ型,被命名为神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron—specifice nolase,NSE)。经研究证实,NSE的释放量与神经细胞死亡数量呈显著正相关。本文阐述了NSE在脑血管疾病中的应用价值。

Abstract:Enolization enzyme isozyme of cytoplasm dimer enzyme, are widespread in the glycolysis metabolism of the organism, it transfore the 2 - phosphoric glyceric acid into enol phosphate type, the immune properties of different α,β,γ, composed of three subunits. Only γγ type specificity in neurons and neuroendoerine cells, called Neuron-specific enolase(NSE). It have been proven the quantity of NSE released positively related significantly with the number of nerve cell death. This paper reviews the value of application of NSE in cerebrovascular diseases.
