术中超声在胰腺外科的应用进展

术中超声是胰腺外科手术中唯一可以采用的实时断面成像技术,可对肿瘤进行分期及可切除性评估,发现和定位术前影像学手段未能检出的微小或隐匿病灶,并在术中引导完成多种介入性操作（如穿刺活检、肿瘤消融、粒子植入等）。随着超声造影、三维成像、弹性成像等新技术逐步应用,其应用领域将大大拓展。本文通过回顾近年来相关文献,对术中超声在胰腺外科手术中的应用现状及新进展作一综述。

Application progress of intraoperative ultrasound in pancreatic surgery

Intraoperative ultrasound is a real-time sectional imaging technique used in pancreatic surgery uniquely.It can be used to define tumor staging and assessment of respectability,to detect and locate the tiny or secret foci which had been not detected by preoperative imaging means,and to guide and complete a variety of interventional procedures（such as biopsy,tumor ablation,particle implantation）.With the new techniques gradually applied,such as three-dimensional imaging,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,elastography imaging et al,its application will greatly expand.By reviewing the related literatures in recent years,this paper summarizes the application and advances of intraoperative ultrasound in pancreatic surgical.
