多种术式治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征

目的：寻找提高阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）治疗效果的有效方法。方法；对185例OSAS患者采用单纯悬雍垂腭咽成形术（UPPP）或多种术式（鼻下甲切除术，增殖体切除术，鼻中隔矫正术，鼻息肉切除术，舌成形术和气管切末主）联合治疗。结果：单纯行UPPP治疗OSAS的有效率为72．4％（134／185），对UPPP地效的51例（27．6％）患者根据不同阻塞部位再次施行不同术式后均获得满意疗效。结论：对于多个部位狭窄引起的OSAS患者宜采用多种术式联合治疗，有望提高疗效。

Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome treated by combined operation methods

Objective:To improve the effective rate for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS). Methods:Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome was treated by simple uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(UPPP) or combined operations(partial inferior turbinectomy, adenoidectomy, nasal septal reconstruction, polypectomy, midline glossectomy and tracheotomy) in 185 cases. Results: The effective rate was 72.4%(134/185) for the UPPP only.Of the left 51 cases, the effective rate was 100% by means of combined operations according to the different obstructive location. Conclusion: Combined operation is an effective treatment method for OSAS, especially for OSAS with obstruction in a number of positions. The effective rate can be raised.
