| 摘 要： | 报告了伽玛刀治疗震颤麻痹60例,靶点分别为丘脑腹外侧核之腹中间核(Vim),共54例,苍白球内侧部(pm)6例,总有效率为73.3％,无死亡。认为震颤麻痹手术治疗的疗效以震颤、肌张力增高及运动困难的改善情况进行评价。伽玛刀治疗震颤麻痹是一种准确、安全、有效的新方法。

| Abstract: | 60 cases of parkinson's disease have been treated with gamma knife. Targets selection: Nucleus Ventro - intermedias of thalamus (Vim) was chosen in 54 cases which showed tremor mainly. Pallidus medial (p.m) was chosen in 6 cases which appeared rigidity. The maximum dose was 140-ISOGy, the 20% isodose of the 4mm collimator at the medial edge of the internal capsule. Complication:There were 3 cases of hemiparasis. For re -examination of MR scan, local edema was evident than non -hemiplegia. They recovered in varied degree by treatment. The total effective rate was 73.3%. No death occured. Author suggested that operation result should be evaluated by main symptoms of parkinson's disease: frcmor, tonic and rigidity. Treatment of parkinson's disease with gamma knife would be a new kind of accurate, safe and effective method. |
