| 摘 要： | 统计了常见肾脏疾病390例肾动态显像图像,分析了图像表现类型,以及动态图像类型与肾功能(GFR)的关系。结果表明,肾动态显像可灵敏地判断肾实质受损情况;图像类型能较客观估价肾功能状态;不同病因或病理改变的肾疾病在显像时可出现相同类型的影像。

| Abstract: | The images of 390 cases of common renal diseases were analysed statistically. It has been demonstrated that this dynamic imaging could evaluate the damage of renal tissue. That there was a relation between radionuclide dynamic renography types and renal function (glomerumar filtration rate). The different renal diseases result from the different agents or pathographic changes may show image of the same type on dynamic renography. |
