绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者骨量及血清骨钙素变化

摘    要:目的探讨绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者骨量及血清骨钙素变化。方法用双能X线骨密度测量仪(DEXA)测定105例绝经后女性2型糖尿病及93例绝经后健康对照者的全身骨密度及骨矿含量,计算校正骨矿含量(CBMC);用放射免疫法测定血清骨钙素。对两组各指标进行统计分析。结果两组间骨密度、骨矿含量、CBMC的比较差异均无统计学意义,但糖尿病组的CBMC有小于对照组的趋势;糖尿病组血清骨钙素水平高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者骨量与正常人无明显差异,但其骨强度有下降趋势,骨转换率增高,罹患骨质疏松症的危险性比正常人高。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of bone mass and serum osteocalein in postmenopausal type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The all over the body bone density, correcting bone mineral content (CBMC) and serum osteoealcin were detected by dual X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) in the 105 eases of postmenopausal type 2 diabetes mellitus and the control group 93 eases,later comparing the indexes of the two groups. Results As to the data of BMD, BMC and CBMC, no difference was found between the two groups, and the trend was existent that CBMC was lower in the T2DM eases than that in controls. The serum osteooalein were higher in the. T2DM cases than that in controls ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Bone mass was no difference between the patients of postmenopausal T2DM and normal persons, but there was trend that the bone strength in the patients of postmenopausal T2DM was depressed ,the serum osteocalcin and bone transition rate were increased, too. So risk of osteoporosis might be higher in the patients of postmenopausal T2DM than that in normal controls.
