124例80岁以上老年人胆石症手术分析

目的 总结80岁以上老年人胆石症手术治疗经验。方法 回顾性分析124例80岁以上老年人胆石症的临床特点、手术方式及疗效。结果 91例(73．4％)患者并存其他疾病，92例(74．2％)以急性发作就诊，40例(32．3％)行急诊手术，12例(9．7％)并存胆管或胆囊癌。术式以胆囊切除、胆道探查为主。围手术期死亡12例(9．7％)。结论 手术是治疗80岁以上老年人胆石症相对安全、有效的方法，术式力求简单、有效，围手术期应注意并存症处理。

Analysis of 124 cases of cholelithiasis operations in aged patients

Objective To summarize the experience of surgical operation on aged cholelithiasis patients. Methods The clinical data of 124 cases of clolelithiasis were studied retrospectively. Results Among the 124 cases, 91(73 4%)cases had complications,92(74 2%) hospitalizedin emergency,40(32 3%)underwent emergency operation and 12(7 9%) combined with cholecyst or bile ductcarcinoma. Cholecystectomy with exploration of common bile duct was the main operation style Twelve (9 7%)cases died during peri operation penad. Conclusions Surgical treatment of aged cholelithiasis is safe and effective. The operation must be simple and valid and surgeons should be careful for complications during peri operationperiod.
