摘    要:目的建立带有上下牙列咬合关系在内的颞下颌关节三维实体和有限元模型。方法采用中国可视人体图像数据,在Imageware中提取上颌骨和上牙列的轮廓线,在UG中建立三维实体模型,并与原有的下颌模型建立咬合关系,再导入Patran中建立有限元模型。结果建立了一个完整的带有咬合关系的颞下颌关节三维实体和有限元模型,用于模拟前伸、侧方等不同咬合状态。结论带有咬合关系的颞下颌关节三维有限元模型具有更好的生物力学相似性。

Abstract:Objective To establish a three-dimensional solid and finite element model of temporomandibular joint with occlusion. Methods On basis of images of Chinese visible human, the outlines of maxilla and dental arch were obtained in Imageware and output to UG to construct a solid model. Afterwards, the articulation of dental arch was established with formal model of mandible. In the final, the temporomandibular joint model with occlusion was imported into Patran to set up a finite element model. Results A three-dimensional solid and finite element model of temporomandibular joint with occlusion was established, which could be used to imitate different functional positions of mandible. Conclusion The finite element model of temporomandibular joint with occlusion improved the biomechanical similarity, which established substaintial foundation for analyzing stress of temporomandibular joint in different functional positions.
