| 摘 要： | 目的探讨创伤性腹膜后血肿与腹腔内脏器损伤的关系,提高其诊治水平.方法回顾62例创伤性腹膜后血肿合并腹腔内脏器损伤病例的临床资料,分析致伤机制、临床特点和影响正确诊断的因素.结果本组创伤性腹膜后血肿病例均合并腹腔内脏器损伤,而合并多脏器损伤、肝脏及大血管破裂者死亡率高.结论创伤性腹膜后血肿合并腹腔内脏器损伤的伤情复杂多样,掌握好手术指征、细致的探查及合理的术式是提高治愈率的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship be tween traumatic retroperitoneal hemotoma and organ injuries of abdominal cavity. Methods Clinical material of 32 cases is reviewed about traumat ic retroperitoneal hemotoma complicated with organ injuries of abdominal cavity. Mechanism of injury, clinical features and the factors that affect the correct d iagnosis were analysed.Results Patients with traumatic retrope ritoneal hemotoma were complicated by organ inju ries of abdomen.Mortality of patients with more organs injuried and large blood vessels broken is higher.Conclusion Emergency treatment,close observation,difinite diagnosis and early detection may contribute a great deal to a higher curing rate. |
