| 摘 要： | 目的通过对广西艾滋病病毒Ⅰ型(HIV-1)新近感染者耐药基因变异的研究,了解当地HIV耐药毒株传播的水平。方法通过序贯抽样的方法,采集70例2007年8-10月新确证的、年龄在15～25岁的HIV感染者的全血样本,使用In-house法扩增HIV-1 pol区部分基因片段,并进行耐药基因变异分析。结果得到47条序列,其中有1份在蛋白酶区发生主要耐药突变M46L,可引起对ATV和NFV的低水平耐药性;在反转录酶区存在T69NT突变,仅引起对d4T和DDI的潜在耐药性。根据WHO HIV耐药警戒线监测方法判断,广西HIV耐药株属于低传播水平(<5%)。结论广西HIV新近感染者中已有HIV耐药株的传播,但是目前传播水平还较低,应继续开展HIV耐药毒株传播的监测工作。
