军医大学教育技术能力混合培训模式的应用与研究

摘    要:针对军医大学教育技术能力培训中存在的缺乏系统性、连续性和实用性等弊病的现状,从培训理念、培训内容、培训方式及考核方式四方面,提出了混合培训模式。并以具体案例介绍了第二军医大学教师教育技术能力混合培训模式的实施方案。

Abstract:In view of the present situation of inadequate systematicness,continuity and practicability in educational technology training at military medical universities,this paper proposes a blended training mode from four aspects: training conception,content,method and assessment.With specific cases of Second Military Medical University,the implementation plan is introduced on the blended training model in educational technology training.
