| 摘 要： | 随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断推进,社会对卫生事业管理专业的人才要求不断提高,我国卫生事业管理专业是一门边缘交叉性学科,在人才培养模式方面尚不成熟,需要不断改进和完善。系统论使人类的思维方式发生了深刻变革,为现代复杂问题提供了有效的分析方法,以此为基础构建卫生事业管理专业人才培养模式具有必要性和可行性。
