会阴侧切改良缝合术236例的临床观察

目的：探讨会阴侧切改良式缝合术的临床价值。方法：用高分子材料可吸收线连续缝合阴道粘膜、粘膜下层。连锁缝合肌层及皮下组织，皮内连续缝合与对照组进行比较。结果：会明侧切改良缝合术具有疼痛轻、感染率低，切口念合好等优点。结论：会阴侧切改良缝合术值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of 236 cases lateral episiotomy modified perineorrhaphy

Objective: The study explored the clinical value of lateral episiotomy modified perineorrhaphy. Methods: Viginal mucousmembrane and submucous layer were sutured continuously, muscular layer and subcutaneous tissue were sutured by hemstitch suture continuously, and the skin was sutured continuously intracutaneous with absorbable surgical sutures. The authors compared the modified lateral episiotomy and perineorrhaphy with the control group. Results: The modified lateral episiotomy and perineorrhaphy had advantages of slight pain, low infection, good healing of incision and so on. Conclusions: The lateral episiotomy modified perineorrhaphy should be spread in clinic.
