家庭式病房对精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

目的探讨家庭式住院病房对精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法选择符合入组标准的精神分裂症患者86例，按入院的先后顺序进行编号，随机分为研究组和对照组各43例。研究组患者在接受常规治疗和护理的基础上，从入院的第1天开始住进家庭式病房，对照组患者住封闭式病房。在入院时、住院12周使用简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）、护士用住院患者观察量表（NOSIE-30）、社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）进行评定。结果住院12周后，研究组的BPRS总分和NOSIE-30各因子分的改善程度均优于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；出院6个月后，研究组SDSS的总分和各因子分明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论家庭式的住院环境可有效预防精神分裂症患者社会功能的衰退。

Effect of Homelike Wards on the Social Function of Schizophrenics

Objective To explore the effect of homelike wards on the social function of schizophrenics. Methods 86 schizophrenics were equally assigned into the observation group and control group according to their admission time sequence. The patients in the observation group were admitted into the homelike wards and those in the control group were into closed wards, all receiving routine treatment and care. BPRS, NOSIE-30 and SDSS were used to have the assessment. Results The differences in total scores of BPRS and all factors of NOSIE-30 before admission and 12 weeks after discharge and total scores of SDSS 6 month after discharge were different between the two groups,Conclusion Homelike wards can effectively prevent the decline of social function of schizophrenics,
