龙津降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效观察

目的 :观察龙津降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效及对血小板、纤维蛋白原及全血黏度、血浆黏度的影响。方法 :前瞻性、完全随机化设计 ,将 74例诊断明确的急性脑梗死病人随机分为降纤酶组 (治疗组 ) 3 7例与丹参组(对照组 ) 3 7例。降纤酶总量为 2 0U ,5d内分 3次给予。结果 :治疗组总有效率86.49% ,显效率 64 .85 % ;对照组分别为 62 .16%与18.92 %。两组疗效比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,且血液流变学指标的改善 ,治疗组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著、疗程短 ,无明显副作用。

The Observation for Clinical Effect by Using longjin Defibrase to Treat Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of LD and its effects on platelet, fibrinogen, blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in acute cerebral LD infarction.Methods: According to prospective, completely random design, 74 cases with acute cerebral infarction were divided randomly into longjin defibrase group (treatment group )and Radix Salviae miltorrhizase group (control group ). The total dosage of defibrase is 20 U administrated in three doses within 5 days. Results:The total effective response rate in treatment group was 86.49%, remarkable effective rat was 64.85%; as a mate comparison the contrast rat in control group were 62.16% and 18.92% respectively. There were statistically very significant differences between two group (P<0.01). And the improvement in hemorheologic index were better in treatment group than in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Using longjin defibrase to treat acute cerebral infarction, the effect was significant, the therapeutic course was short, and there was no obvious adverse responses.
