| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心内科住院患者医院感染的危险因素与护理对策。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2008年5月心内科1607例非介入治疗患者的出院病历。结果1607例患者中,发生医院感染95例,感染发生率为5.91%。下呼吸道感染占首位,其次为泌尿道感染、上呼吸道感染、消化道感染等。医院感染与老年人免疫力低下、住院时间长、抗生素应用、侵入性操作密切相关。结论心内科患者医院感染的危险因素较多,护理工作者必须积极采取相应措施防范。
