广州市1996～2000年疟疾流行情况分析

目的：通过对广州市疟疾流行情况的调查分析，总结防治经验，探讨疟疾防治措施及防治效果。方法：对1996年至2000年疫情报告、疟疾病人个案调查表、发热病人血检登记、流行病学分析总结进行分析，捕捉按蚊鉴定分种。结果：广州市以中华按蚊为主要传播媒介，经采取一系列综合防治措施，疟疾疫情得到有效控制，发病率大幅下降，1996～2000年全市共发生疟疾1246例，未发生暴发流行，也没有出现本地恶性疟传播。结论：在疟疾流行期间，应多部门合作，采取综合防治措施，控制疟疾传播。在基本控制期间应以加强基层镜检站建设和发热病人疟原虫检查为主。

Analyzing on the Prevalence of Malaria in Guangzhou City from 1996 to 2000

Objective Based on the analysis of malaria prevalence in Guangzhou, experience in the prevention ofthe disease would be summarized and the effect of preventive measures would be reviewed. Methods The epidemic situationreports, the malaria cases questionnaire, the blood test of fever case records and epidemiology summary had been analyzed.The caught anopheles mosquitoes were classified. Results The main vector of malaria in Guangzhou is Anophelessinensis. The prevalence of malaria had been control effectively, and the incidence has declined greatly. The total cases ofmalaria is 1246 in whole city from 1996 to 2000, and the outbreak and P. falciparum transmition have not been occured.Conclusions To control malaria spreading, different divisions must be cooperated and integrated methods must be adoptedin period of malaria prevalence. In the primary control period, the main works is to enforce the establishment of themicroscope checking stations and the checking for plasmodium in all fever cases.
