丹参对LDL受体及apoA-Ⅰ mRNA水平的影响

摘    要:研究了丹参对高脂喂饲大鼠的血清脂质水平、肝低来度脂蛋白(LDL)受体mRNA和载脂蛋白(apo)A-ImRNA水平的影响,以及对培养的人成纤维细胞上述两种mRNA水平的影响。发现丹参能升高鼠肝及人成纤维细胞LDL受体mRNA水平,但降血清总胆固醇及LDL胆固醇作用不明显。提示LDL受体可能存在翻译或翻译后水平的调节。丹参对鼠肝及人成纤维细胞apoA-1mRNA水平未见有影响。

Abstract:Effects of Chinese medicine,Salvia Miltiorrhiza on serum lipid levels,hepatic low density lipoprotein (LDL) receptor and apolipoprotein(apo) A-I mRNA levels were studied in cholesterol-loaded rats and cultured human fibroblasts. It was observed that Salvia Miltiorrhiza enhanced LDL recceptor mRNA levels in rat liver and in cultured human fibroblasts,but acted less effectively in lowering serum total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol,suggesting translational or post-translational regulation of LDL receptor. No effects on apoA-1 mRNA levels of rat liver and human fibroblasts were noticed.
