中医手法复位用于小儿肱骨髁上骨折的临床观察

目的探讨中医手法复位治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床治疗效果。方法选取2008年5月至2011年9月我院收治的80例小儿肱骨髁上骨折病例,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规复位方法联合微创穿针夹板外固定手术治疗,研究组给予中医手法复位联合微创穿针夹板外固定治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果研究组治愈率和有效率均明显高于对照组,研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医手法复位联合微创穿针夹板外固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折可有效缩短骨折愈合时间,尽快恢复肩关节的功能,且安全性较高,可有效预防肱骨头坏死、关节僵硬以及骨性关节炎等并发症。

Clinical Observation of Manual Reduction of TCM for Supracondylar Fracture of the Humerus

Objective To explore the clinical treatment effect of Manual reduction of TCM for supracondylar fracture of the humerus. Methods Select May 2008 to September 2011 were from 80 cases of supracondylar fracture of the humerus, were randomly divided into control group and research group, control group using conventional reset method combined minimally invasive needle plate external fixed surgery, research group give supracondylar fi-acture of the humerus joint minimally invasive needle plate fixed treatment, the comparative analysis of the two groups of treatment effect. Results Research group＇s cure rate and effective rate were significantly higher than those in the control group, the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group, two groups of contrast differences are significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Manual reduction of TCM joint minimally invasive needle plate external fixed treatment on the humerus condyles fracture can effectively shorten the healing time, resumed the function of the shoulder as soon as possible, and security is higher, can effectively prevent the bead of the humerus necrosis, joint stiffness and osteoarthritis.
