| 摘 要： | 目的]建立苦木药材中3种活性成分苦木碱乙(1-甲氧甲酰-β-咔巴啉),苦木碱己(4-甲氧基-5-羟基-铁屎米酮)和苦木碱丁(4,5-二甲氧基-铁屎米酮)的高效液相色谱(HPLC)含量测定方法。方法]采用HPLC,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse Plus C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1 mL/min,检测波长为210 nm。结果]苦木药材中苦木碱乙,苦木碱己和苦木碱丁线性范围分别为0.012~0.365μg(r=0.999 9),0.031~0.936μg(r=0.999 9),0.021~0.629μg(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为99.30%,99.07%,100.17%。结论]该方法简单快捷,稳定可靠,可作为苦木药材的质量控制方法。
