摘    要:能为古代中医提供大样本可比较的观察对象 ,以供总结共性规律从而上升为理性认识的 ,莫过于临床常见病多发病 ,尤其是在一定时空条件下发生流行的瘟疫。瘟疫是大样本的“天造之模” ,中医病因证候学说、瘟疫、温病、伤寒、运气学说等主体理论的形成和发展与此关系密切。我国拥有世界上时空跨度最大、连续性最强的疫情及其背景记录 ,具有研究人类传染病流行规律的最佳条件。古疫情调查及其流行病学研究 ,古疫情与中医相关理论方治的综合研究 ,对中医及现代医学和其他相关学科的科研工作有不可低估的意义 ,中医界应重视古疫情资料的发掘研究

Abstract:Clinical common illnesses and diseases,especially epidemics under a certain space and time condition,provides a comparable big sample of observation subjects in the study of ancient Chinese Medicine,from which common principles in the rational level can be educed. Epidemic brings enormous \!Natural\" samples of disease models,which plays an important role in the formation and development of the principle theories of Chinese Traditional Medicine,such as pathogeny and synptom theory,epidemic theory,seasonal febrile disease theory,typhoid fever theory,and the circulation theory of vital energy. China commands records of epidemic situation and its relevant background information of the greatest time and space span and continuity in the world. This provides researchers with the most favorable condition to study the pattern of human epidemic diseases. Hence the investigation of ancient Chinese epidemic situation and the further research of it from the epidemiology perspective,together with the integrated study of ancient Chinese epidemic situation and the related theories and diagnoses in TCM,are of such a grand significance that it should be by no means neglected in the scientific study of TCM,or in modern medicine,or in other related disciplines. The investigation and accumulation of ancient Chinese epidemic situation data deserves much more attention.
