冠心病血清超敏C-反应蛋白和血清淀粉样蛋白A,脂联素的关系

摘    要:摘要:目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)和血清脂联素(APN)的关系。方法:人选确诊冠心病的患者66例(CHD组),正常者20例(正常对照组)。分别测定其血清hs—CRP、SAA、APN水平,并进行比较。结果:CHD组hs—CRP、SAA水平分别为(2.88±0.61)mg/L和(9.89±5.23)mg/L,明显高于正常对照组的(0.67±0.17)mg/L和(1.27±1.11)mg/L,P均〈0.01;CHD组APN水平为(3.38±0.26)μg/L,显著低于正常对照组的(3.91±0.34)/Lg/L,P〈0.05。hs—CRP水平与SAA水平呈正相关(r=0.835,P〈0.05),与APN水平呈负相关(r=-0.285,P〈0.05)。结论:CHD患者血清hs—CRP、血清淀粉样蛋白A水平明显升高,血清脂联素水平明显降低,血清hs—CRP水平与淀粉样蛋白A水平呈正相关,与脂联素水平呈负相关,可作为临床诊断和预后判断的依据。

Abstract:Objective: To discover the association among serum highly sensitive C--reactive protein (hs--CRP) and serum amyloid A protein (SAA), adiponectin (APN) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: A total of 86 persons were divided into CHD group (66 patients) and normal control group (20 persons). Serum levels of hs--CRP, SAA and APN were measured in two groups. Results: Serum levels of hs--CRP and SAA in CHD group [ (2.88 ± 0.61) mg/L and (9.89 ± 5.23) mg/L ] were higher than those of normal control group [ (0. 67 ± 0.17) mg/L and (1.27± 1.11) mg/L, P〈0. 013; Serum level of APN inCHD group (3.28 ± 0.26) μg/L was less than that of normal control group (3.91± 0.34) μg/L, P〈0. 05. The level of hs--CRP was positively correlated with SAA (r=0. 835, P〈0. 05); hs--CRP was negatively correlated with APN (r=-0. 285, P〈0.05). Conclusion: Serum levels of hs--CRP and amyloid A protein increase while adiponectin decrease in patients with coronary heart disease. It may regard as index of diagnosing and predicting prognosis of coronary heart disease.
