| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针对老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法将62例静吸复合全麻下LC后患者随机分为2组。治疗组:常规治疗基础上加电针针刺足三里、三阴交;对照组:常规治疗。观察2组患者排气时间。结果治疗后,治疗组平均开始排气时间为(15±8)h,对照组(32±18)h,两组平均排气时间比较,差异有显著性(t=4.21,P<0.01)。结论针刺法能加快老年LC患者的胃肠功能恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective To observed the EA＇s effect upon accelerating the recovery of gastrointestinal function in elderly patients after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy （ LC ）. Methods Sixty-two LC patients received Compound Anaesthesia were randomized to 2 groups. The treatment group ： to use EA besides Generally treatment to acupunct zusanli and sanyinjiao points;The control group：Generally treatment. To observe exhaust time of patients. Results After treatments,Average beginning exhaust time of treatment group （ 15 ± 8 ） h, The control group （ 32 ± 18 ） h, the beginning exhaust time comparison to two groups, the difference is significant （ t = 4.21, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The treatment of acupuncture can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal tunction in LC patients. |
