| 摘 要： | 目的探讨达那唑对性早熟患儿的使用价值.方法选择13例临床已确诊为性早熟患儿,经促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHa)治疗到骨龄超过12岁后换用达那唑治疗,对达那唑治疗前后各1年的数据进行比较.结果达那唑治疗后生长速度由(4.55±2.63)cm/年增加到(6.78±3.11)cm/年.预测成年身高(PAH)由(156.79±7.30)cm增加到(158.01±6.66)cm.骨龄成熟速度(△BA/△CA)由(0.36±0.58)增加到(0.95±0.82).身高相对应的标准差积分值无明显变化.结论达那唑药物治疗可以促进骨龄超过12岁的性早熟患儿身高生长.可以作为GnRHa停药后继续用药的选择.

| Abstract: | Objectives The patients with precocious puberty were treated with danazol in stead of GnRHa formore than 1 year and the efficacy of danazol was evaluated. Methods 13 patients were involed in this study. When thebone age was more than 12 years old after more than 1year of GnRHa treatment, they were given danazol for 1 year con-tinuously. We measured the data between the 2 years. Results After treated with danagol, their growth velocity were in-creased, bone age speed up, but the standard deviation scores of their height remained the same. Conclusions Danazol isuseful drug in treating precocious puberty. |
