冠状动脉支架置入术后患者院外服药依从性的调查

目的 调查冠脉支架术后患者服药依从性状况,分析其影响因素,以便有针对性地进行健康教育.方法 自制问卷,应用药物依从量表、抑郁量表及家庭功能量表,对81例冠脉支架术后患者进行问卷调查,并分析调查结果.结果 冠脉支架术后患者院外服药依从性与抑郁状况（r=-0.292,P＜0.01）及主要医疗诊断（r=-0.253,P＜0.05）呈负相关,支架置入数量与抑郁状况（r=0.368,P＜0.01）及家庭功能（r=-0.259,P＜0.05）呈负相关.结论 护士在临床工作中除加强对患者的健康教育外,还应加强对其家属的健康教育,以共同提高患者院外服药的依从性.

Investigation of drug compliance in patients after intracoronary stent implantation out of hospital

Objective To investigate the drug compliance and related factors in patients after intracoronary stent implantation. Methods Investigated 81 patients after intracoronary stent implantation self-designed questionnaire by drug compliance scale, depress scale and family function scale and analyze the results.Results Drug compliance of patients after intracoronary stent implantation was related to depress status (r =-0. 292,P ＜0. 01 ) and main diagnosis( r = -0. 253, P ＜ 0. 05 ), number of stent was related to depress status (r =0. 368 ,P ＜0. 01 ) and family function(r = -0. 259,P ＜0. 05 ). Conclusions Except for the patients, nurse should also enhance the health education to their family members for promoting patients' drug compliance out of hospital.
