吉林人参花蕾化学成分的研究(一)——人参皂甙Rg_2、Re和Rd的分离与鉴定

摘    要:通过反复硅胶柱层析从吉林人参(Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer)花蕾中分离出三种人参皂甙(ginsenosides)。通过测定红外光谱,核磁共振光谱,测定它们的乙酰化物的质谱,以及其化学性质,并与标准品直接对照,鉴定了它们的结构分别为人参皂甙Rg_2(Ⅰ)、Re(Ⅱ)和Rd(Ⅲ)。其中人参皂甙Rg_2为首次从人参花蕾中分离得到。

Abstract:Three ginsenosides were isolated from flower-buds of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer of Jilin by column chromatography on silica gel repeatedly .Their structures were identified as ginsenoside-Rg2 (Ⅰ),-Re(Ⅱ)and-Rd(Ⅲ) Respectively, by means of IR spectra,nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectra of their acetylated compounds, as well as from their chemical properties, and by direct comparison with the authentic samples these were confirmed. Of these three ginsenosides Rg2 ( Ⅰ ) was first isolated by us from the flower-buds of Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer.
