左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻术后早期锻炼的临床研究

目的：探讨早期锻炼对左半结肠癌Ⅰ期切除吻合术后的临床价值，方法：将73例左半结肠癌并发急性肠阻患者机分为实验组（n=38）和对照组（n=35)。实验组于术后6h开始功能锻炼，对照组于术后第2天开始常规法锻炼。结果：两组病人术后肛门排气、拔除胃管时间和腹胀发生率均有统计学意义（P＜0．05），术后第10天生活质量明显提高，（有8项指标P＜0．01，有2项指标P＜0．05）。结论：左半结肠癌Ⅰ期切除吻合术后早期锻炼，可有效促进胃肠功能的恢复，明显提高生活质量。

Clinical study on early functional training after left hemicolectomy in patient with colonic cancer and intestinal obstruction

Objective To investigate the clinical value of early functional training in patient undergone left hemicolectomy.Methods 73 cases with left hemicolon carcinoma complicated with acute intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into two groups:experiments group( n =38) and control group( n =35).The early functionaltraining in experiment group was executed at 6 hours post operation,while control group at the second day.Result There was significant difference in the time of passage of gas by anus, removal of gastric tube and incidence of abdominal distention between the two group, and the quality of life in experiment was markedly superior to that in control group ten days post operation.Conclusion after resection of left hemiconlon, earlier period functional training can efficiently improve the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function and quality of life.
