复方甘草酸苷治疗抗结核药物性肝炎的疗效观察

目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷在治疗抗结核药物性肝炎中的作用.方法:选择结核病治疗中发生药物性肝炎并停用抗结核治疗药物患者48例,随机分为治疗组24例(常规治疗 复方甘草酸苷:复方甘草酸苷注射液60 ml加5%葡萄糖注射液250ml,静脉滴注,每日1次)和对照组24例(常规治疗组),4周为1疗程;对两组患者肝损害情况(ALT、AST、T-BIL)及预后进行观察比较.结果:两组患者症状、体征的恢复无明显差异(P>0.05).治疗组显效及有效24例(100.0%),对照组显效及有效19例(79.2%),治疗组肝功能损害恢复情况优于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)).结论:在结核患者进行抗结核治疗过程中,应加强肝功能监测;复方甘草酸苷治疗抗结核药物引起的药物性肝炎疗效显著.

Therapeutic Effects of Compound Glycyrrhizin on Patients with Hepatitis Induced by Anti-tuberculosis Drugs

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin on patients with hepatitis associated with anti-tuberculosis drugs.Methods:48 inpatients with hepatitis due to anti-tuberculosis drugs were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(24 patients)received routine therapy plus compound glycyrrhizin:compound glycyrrhizin for injection 60 ml and 5% glucose solution 250 ml(iv gtt,qd).The control group(24 patients) received routine therapy for 4 weeks.The damages of hepatic funtion(ALT,AST,T-BIL) and prognosis were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery of symptoms and signs were not different significantly between the two groups(p>0.05).24 cases patients(100%) have completely or partly response in the treatment group,while 19 cases patients(79.2%) have completely or partly response in the control group.The recovery of hepatic function is superior in the treatment group compared with the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Hepatic function must be detected strengthly among the therapy of anti-tuberculosis;the efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin on patients with hepatitis associated with anti-tuberculosis drugs is significant.
