军训胫骨应力性骨折X线与CT诊断研究

 目的总结军训胫骨应力性骨折的X线与CT特征,并进行对照研究.方法分析军训所致的230例胫骨应力性骨折的临床X线资料及60例CT资料,总结其X线与CT特征,进行前瞻性对照研究.结果骨膜反应和(或)骨痂形成是应力性骨折的特征性X线表现,结合临床表现及病史,X线检查可作出明确诊断;CT检查可见清晰骨折线,是诊断应力性骨折的可靠、直征征象;部分早期应力性骨折X线检查无异常,CT表现呈阳性.结论在胫骨应力性骨折的早期诊断及鉴别诊断方面,CT优越于普通X线.

X-ray and CT diagnosis of stress fracture of tibia during military training

Objective To study the X-ray and CT characteristics of stress fracture of tibia.Methods The clinical and X-ray data(230 cases) and CT data (60 cates) of the stress fracture of tibia caused by military training(230 cases) were analyzed.Results Periosteal reaction and bony callus formation were the characteristic X-ray findings of the stress fracture. Definite diagnosis could be made according to clinical manifestations,history and X-ray findings.The clear fracture line on CT is the reliable and direct sign for diangnosis of stress fracture. Part of patients with early stress fracture had normal X-ray finding, but note on CT. Conclusions CT is superior to X-ray examination in the early and differential diagnosis of stress fracture of tibia.
