外出务工对作业工人神经行为功能影响的研究

目的　探讨外出务工对作业工人神经行为功能影响。　方法　运用WHO推荐的神经行为功能测试组合(WHO -NCTB)对深圳市某企业 72名外来工及 61名对照工人进行了神经行为功能测试。　结果　经多因素分析法分析后发现 ,外来工组错误打点数明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。外来工组情感状态各项测试结果得分均较对照组为低 ,但差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。　结论　外出务工可对作业工人神经行为功能产生一定的影响 ,有必要在整个外来工职业人群中 ,积极开展职业卫生服务 ,以促进职业人群的身心健康和工作能力。

The Effects of Outside Labour Services on Neurobehavioral Function in Workers

Objective To study the effects of outside labour services on neurobehavioral function in workers. Methods Following the neurobehavioral core test battery(NCTB) recommended by WHO, 72 outside workers and 61 controlled workers were studied on their neurobehavioral function in a factory in Shenzhen. Results The results showed that the number of error pursuit aiming dot in outer worker group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Standard deviation of simple reaction time in outer worker group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The scores of profile of mood state(POMS) in outer worker group was lower than that of control group, but the difference wasn't notable(P>0.05). Conclusions Outside labour services had a certain bad effects on neurobehavioral function in workers. It was necessary to carry out occupation hygiene service in outside workers to raise physiological and psychological health and work ability of outside workers.
